Students: Reminder, dining services is serving lunch in the Fine Arts Lobby. This is the same meal as served in the Caf. The hours are Monday–Friday from 11 a.m.–2 p.m.

Off Campus students: Free hand sanitizer is available for off-campus students, along with the 2020–21 Student Handbook and Planner. Visit Murphy Center 226 between 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m. on the day specified. In order to spread out traffic into the office, come on these days according to the first letter of your last name: Tuesday: A–E; Wednesday: F–K; Thursday:  L–R; Friday: S–Z. Bottles can be refilled at any time at Physical Plant.

Students: New–Starfish Connect allows students to make appointments with a number of important services, including those from Academic Advising, Academic Resource Center, and Career Services, all in one centralized location. Access Starfish by finding the “Starfish Connect” box on your Moodle page or by clicking here. Update your profile, submit the “Tell Us More” form, and start making appointments with resources to aid in your success! If you are experiencing connectivity issues to Starfish, be sure you are using Chrome or Firefox browsers; if issues persist email helpdesk@viterbo.edu.

Effective immediately, Counseling Services will be meeting with students virtually for the remainder of this semester. This will allow students to meet with a counselor from the comfort of their homes and help staff prioritize the health and well-being of the entire campus community. While they will do their best to hold crisis appointments in person, the scheduling of “same day” appointments is encouraged whenever possible. Update your emergency text message and emergency contact information for the 2020 fall term. The emergency text message system notifies Viterbo students and employees via text messages on your cell phone for all campus wide emergencies, while the emergency contact information will help the university notify a family or friend in case of an emergency to you. This information can be updated online via Vitnet at http://vitnet.viterbo.edu. For student click on Emergency Contact under the Academic Profile section. For employees click on Emergency Contact under the Supervisor Resources section. Update your information by Sept 30.

Group Fitness DEMO Week. Classes offered today include, 7:05 a.m. – Tone n’ Tighten, noon – Core n’ More, 3:30 p.m. – Total Body HIIT. Classes are free for employees and members during DEMO week, and are always free for students. A reservation is required to attend class.

A Welcome Week Bean Bags Tournament will be Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 6 p.m. in Marian Courtyard. Participants are encouraged to pre-register to guarantee a spot.

IIT is now using Revelation Help Desk to accept work-tickets from departments and students across campus. The system allows end-users to submit tickets for technology related issues, and also contains a self-help knowledge base filled with common issues to allow end-users to troubleshoot on their own (i.e. cell phone setup, password questions, WiFi help, etc). Link: www.viterbo.edu/helpdesk.
