Fire drills will occur in all campus buildings sometime between 10 a.m–noon Monday, Oct. 12. When the fire alarm sounds you should evacuate the building, closing doors and any open windows as you leave. Proceed to the building’s designated outdoor rally point, wear your mask, and social distance. Today is National Depression Screening Day. Counseling Services invites you to take charge of your mental health and learn about valuable resources on campus and in the community. Fill out a confidential screening questionnaire via Ulifeline (http://www.ulifeline.org/Viterbo) for a chance to win a basket of stress relief goodies. Love Out Loud anti-racist prayer group will meet Friday, Oct. 9 at 8 p.m. in San Damiano Chapel. This is a place for students of faith to seek racial healing and reconciliation.

Seeking Student Feedback: The Social Justice and Equity Committee is seeking student feedback regarding a variety of social justice and equity topics. Each week students will be asked a question and encouraged to fill out a short form to have their voice heard. If you want to process or share your feedback face to face there will be an open office hour on Friday, Oct. 9 from 3–4 p.m. with Megan, the director of International and Intercultural Student Success. Every week you provide feedback your name will be entered in a drawing to win gift cards to local establishments including Pearl Street Books, Moka, Iguana's, and Hmong's Golden Eggroll. “The Trouble with My Name,” a performance by professor, author, and actor Javier Ávila will be broadcast via Zoom at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12 for both the Viterbo University and La Crosse communities in celebration of the Hispanic Heritage Month 2020.
