Notices:
Starting Tuesday, Oct. 26, a section of St Rose Convent will be having a new roof installed. This will require eliminating street parking on Market Street between 9th Street/Franciscan Way and 10th Street for contractor access and equipment. Traffic will still be able to move on the street, it will be shifted to the north half. The project should take about two weeks, provided the weather is favorable.
Phone system update: Starting on Oct. 24, Wisconsin is going to be requiring all local calls be dialed using 10 digits. Employees/students using on-campus phones will need to remember and include the 608 (or 507 for local Minnesota numbers) when dialing a local number (i.e. 8 for a local call + 608 (or 507) + local number). For more information: Ten-Digit Dialing | Federal Communications Commission (fcc.gov).
The Lumen is doing an article covering students who are unvaccinated. Students interested in participating, should contact assistant editor Calum Sullivan at csulli71797@viterbo.edu. All names will be kept anonymous.
