To assist in efforts to limit the spread of the virus through heightened cleaning routines, it is especially important that users of campus spaces reserve at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible and refrain from using non-reserved spaces. Efforts as users of campus spaces to sanitize touched surfaces after use in classrooms and meeting spaces are appreciated. Also, food and beverage consumption in classroom spaces is prohibited unless by an exception granted by a vice president.
