Possibly the most impactful component of this opportunity will be the professional, on-the job interdisciplinary practical experience offered each student participant. Did you know that 33% of faculty and staff participated in the campus climate survey in spring of 2019 and 94% of those surveyed reported they believe diversity is important to them personally. Twenty percent reported Viterbo have not yet achieved a positive environment for diversity. Viterbo Nursing Students are holding a Thanksgiving non-perishable Food Drive until Nov. 19. The proceeds will be donated to the Catholic Charities Warming Center in La Crosse to help aide those in need during the holiday season. Donation boxes can be found in the Fine Arts Center, Brophy Center, the School of Nursing Building, the library, Murphy Center third floor, and the Reinhart Center.
