IIT accepts work-tickets from employees and students, via an online system called Revelation Help Desk. Employees and students are encouraged to use this system instead of calling. This allows the end-user to submit ticket(s) for technology related issues (i.e. classroom problems, internet connectivity concerns, hardware/software glitches, form access questions, etc). It also contains a self-help knowledge base filled with common questions/answers, to allow the end-user to troubleshoot on their own (i.e. cell phone, email setup, password questions, WiFi help, etc). Link: www.viterbo.edu/helpdesk. Take a moment to check it out and bookmark the page for quick access.
