Coming up:

Discounted Fine Arts Center season packages and flex ticket options are available for Viterbo full-time, permanent part-time, retired employees, and FSPA. Discounts are available Monday, May 16–Thursday, June 2. More info can be found in employee mailboxes, by calling the box office at 608-796-3100, or by stopping by in person (first floor of Fine Arts Center, just outside of room 102). The box office will have extended summer hours May 16–June 2, Monday–Thursday 10 a.m.–3 p.m. The 2022–23 season brochure can be found at www.viterbo.edu/fac.

All summer camp and conference stakeholders need to complete the Summer Camp/Conference Request Form by Friday, May 20 at 5 p.m. The completion of this form will alert campus constituents of housing, meal, and space requests for the summer. Those who do not complete the form, may have their camp or conference impacted by the availability of these services.

Beginning Sunday, May 15–Monday, Aug. 15, Mass will be available every Sunday at 11 a.m. at San Damiano Chapel. Other regularly scheduled Masses and Campus Ministry events will pause for the summer during that time frame. Daily Mass is available Monday–Friday at St. Rose Convent at 11 a.m. 

The Mathy Center will be closed from Saturday, May 14–Sunday, May 22. It will reopen and begin summer hours on Monday, May 23. Summer hours are Monday–Thursday: 9 a.m.–6 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m–4 p.m. The Mathy Center will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Group fitness classes will resume on Tuesday, May 31.

Employees: Viterbo Night at Loggers Field is Monday, June 6, 6:35 p.m. Reserve tickets here by May 22. Those who have already RSVPed, see Anouk today at the Employee picnic for your tickets.

The recreation department is hosting a 9-Hole Employee Spring Golf Scramble at Forest Hills Golf Course on Monday, May 23 with tee times beginning at 4 p.m. The cost is $29/person with golf cart included. Registration ends on Monday, May 16. See here for more information and to register.

Contractors will be starting phase III of the Murphy Center window project on Monday, May 16. They will need access to all offices and classrooms on the west side of the building. A dumpster will be staged on the east side of the building and storage containers on the west side of the building. The west/main entrance will be closed periodically for safety reasons. The project is expected to be completed in mid-August.

IIT will be patching the Colleague, Reporting Services, and Self Service servers on Sunday, May 15, 10 a.m.–noon. These systems will be down during that time.

A farewell reception for Kira Guetschow will be held on Monday, May 16, 2:30–4 p.m. in MRC 300. Swing by for a snack and to wish her well.
