Utility work on Jackson Street will begin as early as Monday, March 29. The work will include sanitary and storm sewer manholes and piping. The project will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 will include the intersections at 5th, 6th and 8th streets. These intersections will be completely closed for 3 to 4 weeks and possibly longer. The second phase will include the intersections at 10th and 11th streets with both being closed. Much of this work schedule is weather dependent and dependent on when the asphalt plants reopen for the year. 7th Street will reportedly remain open throughout this project.
The Fifth installment of the 2021 Lenten retreat offered by Mission & Ministry can be accessed here. This week’s video includes a reflection by Colin Burn-Gilbert, Director of Orientation and Engagement.
