On Thursday, March 3 1:30–3:30 p.m. Campus Safety, Physical Plant, and Student Life will be conducting fire drills in the on-campus resident halls and apartments. During the fire drills, participants evacuate to the designated rally points.

Come learn about the Student Veterans of America (SVA) Club of Viterbo University at Campus Ministry on Thursday, March 3 from 10 a.m.–noon Thursday, March 3. James Michael and Fransico Perez will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have at their booth inside Campus Ministries about the SVA Club. Campus Ministries will also be serving free hot food during this time. All are welcome, and even if you are not a Veteran but love Veterans, the SVA Club wants to talk to you about what we do. Opportunities to get involved with the club include being a member to holding being an Officer. I look forward to explaining what the SVA is currently doing and how you can get involved in an organization that focuses on the success of Student Veterans all over the nation."

Campus Ministry is hosting a candlelight prayer service on Wednesday, March 2 at 6:30 p.m. in San Damiano to stand in solidarity with our neighbors in Ukraine.

University of Wisconsin department of wildlife ecology professor Timothy Van Deelen will present “Thinking Like a Mountain but Asking the Wrong Questions” as part of the D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership’s spring lecture series at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 3 in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Nola Starling Recital Hall. The event will also be streamed on Facebook Live at https://www.facebook.com/viterboethics.

The Breaking Barriers Diversity Club has partnered with other campus clubs and departments, UW-L, and WTC to bring the workshop Black + Mental Health+ Matters to Viterbo on Thursday, March 3 from 6–8 p.m. in 196 Nursing. Registration is free. This workshop is co-hosted by the non-profit organization Art with Impact. While this event centers Black students, all campus community members are invited to attend. However, comments or participation from allies that pull focus away from Black mental health will be respectfully redirected.
