Updates from the library for faculty: The former reference phone number, 608-796-3270, has been disconnected and is no longer in use by the library. If this number is on any of your handouts, syllabi, or Moodle pages, please remove it. The library’s main desk can be reached at 608-796-3269. The library is also having an ongoing problem with links to the videos in their Academic Video Online (AVON) database not working from the library’s catalog. You will receive an EZproxy error message. If you would like to have your students view an AVON video, have them access it directly from the database. From the library’s web page, choose Research, then Databases, then scroll down to Academic Video Online. Search for the title of the video you want. From its title screen you can click on the Share button and then copy the permalink to give to your students. This link will work both on- and off-campus.

Moodle will be down on Friday, July 1, 2–3 p.m. to change the login process to utilize a user’s full email address for their username. This transition to use O365 single-sign on functionality will allow users to easily add OneDrive files to Moodle courses/assignments.

Caitlyn Konze’s last day at Viterbo will be Friday, July 1. Stop by the library to drop off a card or wish Caitlyn farewell.
