Scheduling notice: As of tomorrow, July 1, Virtual EMS will not be available for reservations due to software upgrades being installed into the fall semester. Training will be provided when the upgrades are completed and accounts reactivated. For all reservation needs, questions, or concerns, email scheduling@viterbo.edu.
Starting July 1, the communications office will begin using Workfront project management to accept work requests from departments across campus. The system includes online forms to submit any requests for work from communications. Links to these forms will be found at www.viterbo.edu/communications/workfront-request. Forms include:
- Work Request for new or revised print and design projects
- Web Issues for any issues concerning the university website, including editing in Drupal
- Print Reorder to request printing of any project that the department previously created
- Online Order form to order business cards, name badges, and desk plates
Masks made by Mary Ellen Haupert are available in the Copy Center for a free will donation to the Viterbo chamber music fund.
The library is open for students and employees only with hours of 9 a.m.–4 p.m., Monday–Friday. Wearing of masks and social distancing is required. Along with many library services, a limited number of study areas, computer labs, and study rooms are available. The Mathy Center is scheduled to reopen August. To do so, student staff is needed. All incoming and current students are eligible for work with the recreation department.
