More than 30 site leaders (employees and students) with Service Saturday experience are needed for Orientation Service Saturday Aug. 28 from 8 a.m.–1 p.m. Site leaders should help with registration starting at 8 a.m., lead a service group from 9  a.m.–noon and eat lunch/reflect with the group from noon–1 p.m. on campus. There will be more than 20 projects available, all needing 1-2 Site Leaders, with local organizations like New Horizons Shelter, FSPA, WAFER food pantry, and the Great River Folk Festival. If you are interested, have questions about the site leader role, or would like more information about the day, email Colin at cgburnsgilbert@viterbo.edu by Aug. 20 at the latest.

Notice from IIT: Vitnet is getting a new look. IIT will transition Vitnet to the new VitNet Self-Service look over the next couple of months. The new look is mobile device friendly and still provides access to the same information users have historically accessed. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the helpdesk at 608-796-3870 or helpdesk@viterbo.edu. During the next few weeks, all exterior doors to campus buildings will be rekeyed. Grand master keys for exterior doors will not be reissued; employees will continue to access buildings using their ID cards. If you have grand master keys and no longer need them, return them to the physical plant.

Health Services currently has four doses of vaccine left that will be given Wednesday, Aug. 4. Appointments are available on a first come-first served basis by emailing healthservices@viterbo.edu
