IIT is now using Revelation Help Desk to accept work-tickets from departments and students across campus. The system allows end-users to submit tickets for technology related issues, and also contains a self-help knowledge base filled with common issues to allow end-users to troubleshoot on their own (i.e. cell phone setup, password questions, WiFi help, etc). Link: www.viterbo.edu/helpdesk. 

A Wisconsin Lions Foundation eyeglass recycling collection container is located in the Viterbo library. The glasses are used for eye missions to other countries and the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
