The first contemplation workshop will take place Thursday, Feb. 3 at 8:30 a.m. in San Damiano Chapel. It will feature a traditional monastic practice of meditating on sacred scripture called Lectio Divina. The session will last 30 minutes and everyone is welcome to attend.

Join a learning circle leading to the Agnes W.H. Tan Science Symposium that focuses on drinking water. Meeting Tuesday, Feb 8, 22, March 8, 22 from 1–2:30 p.m. in Reinhart Center 134, except March 8, which will be in the Fine Arts Center 116. Bring what you've been learning or come to listen. Franciscan Footsteps: A Vocation Workshop: All faculty and staff that work directly with students are invited to participate in a retreat on Thursday, Feb. 3 from 2–4 p.m. to learn about calling, vocation, and how to implement the ideas in their everyday work with students. The retreat will be identical to the one held in December, but faculty and staff are invited to participate even if they attended December’s retreat. Registration is required to attend. Today is Hannah Amann’s last day as Viterbo’s Student Engagement Coordinator. Visit the Student Life Suite in Murphy Center 228 to write her a short note of gratitude or express well wishes and drop the card (or other cards) in a gift box that will be given to her on her last day.

Students are needed for Phonathon efforts this Spring. Gain experience with this short-term, on-campus employment offering fun and flexibility. You do not have to be eligible for work study to participate. Wages begin at $9/hr.
