Coming Up:

Connecting and re-connecting with others. The global pandemic has made it harder to connect with others. Students are invited to connect with their fellow students and to learn more about how to make connections in the midst of COVID: Wednesday, Jan. 27 6–6:30 p.m. via Zoom link here. The session is facilitated by Mariah Smith, Masters in Mental Health Counseling student. The session is sponsored by Viterbo Recreation, Masters in Mental Health Counseling program and Counseling Services.

Employee Well-being Session: How are you doing? Thursday, Jan. 28 at Noon via Zoom. Click here for the meeting link. In this session participants will obtain an overview of individual and community well-being and how it integrates with the newly adopted well-being wheel. A few tips and tools will be shared for practical application, including a personal assessment. The session is facilitated by Marci Iverson, Director of Recreation and Leadership.
