The Hunt Concludes… Fantastic Beans and Where to Find Them – The Final Day. The last day to join the fray, with beans still to be found. Anyone who found a can or posted a selfie at one of the secret locations can claim their raffle ticket prize today between 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. in Murphy Center Lobby. All are welcome to help keep the annual Honors Chili Cook-Off tradition alive. Raffle tickets can be purchased with cash or venmo. All proceeds from raffle sales will be donated to local non-profits supporting Viterbo and La Crosse community members. Post any selfies from the scavenger hunt to #viterbohonors on Instagram. Pace e be(a)ne.
Location 9
With the clatter and laughter, the bean flew from his shelter, at the early morning light,
He ran and he raced ‘till he found such a place, where trade and talk are set right,
Investing securities
And paying insurance fees
The bean’s future was looking quite bright
He had safety and health (and a bit of wealth)
So now he could sleep through the night.
Location 10
When the bean had his fun, and the trading was done, he had one last place to go,
His time nearly done, he started to run, trans-ported across the snow
But not wanting to thieve,
The bean took his leave,
Though the Emperor (Bean) had no clothes!
Naked and bare, but free of all care, he joined the Traveling Honors Chili Show.
