Nominations are now open for the Saint John XXIII Award for Distinguished Service, the highest non-academic award bestowed by Viterbo University. Established in 1975, the award recognizes those individuals who distinguished themselves through service to higher education, community, and humanity. Criteria used to select recipients include outstanding leadership and the exemplification of the spirit of John XXIII, through contributions in one or several of the following categories: education, business, philanthropy, peace and justice, and religious life.
