Fall semester building hours will begin next Monday, Aug. 22. Academic buildings will automatically unlock at 6:45 a.m. and lock at 6:30 p.m., Monday–Friday and remain locked over the weekend (except during scheduled public events). Viterbo University ID badge are required for access outside of these hours.

Those who need to schedule a room or meeting space on campus can do so through the EMS WebApp. There are now video tutorials available that walk through how to make a basic reservation and edit reservations. More information and resources can be found on the Viterbo Fine Arts Center’s website.

On Friday, August 19 the south portion of Murphy Center will be without cooling from 6 a.m. until approximately 2 p.m. A contractor will be making some pipe connections. This will impact all rooms and offices on floors 3, 4, and 5 on the south half of the building.

There are a number of tables and some chairs under the Murphy Center cloister that are being given away. Please have any items removed no later than Aug. 19.
