Employees: Have you registered for Kasie Von Haden’s Strength Finders session on April 20 yet? Sign up here. According to Gallup research, employees who have the opportunity to use their CliftonStrengths are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs and to strongly agree that they have the chance to do what they do best every day. By completing the CliftonStrengths assessment, you’ll discover what you naturally do best, learn how to productively utilize your talents, and use your individualized results to unlock your potential for greater engagement in relationships, work, and life. After completing the assessment, you’ll attend a workshop to further explore your strengths and learn how to begin developing them. (Note: this session is designed for those who have not completed the CliftonStrengths assessment before or attended an introductory workshop).
