Silence and lack of knowledge about sexual assault play a large part in why it exists. Simply wanting to help and learn more is a huge step toward ending sexual assault. One important thing to remember:  You are not alone in this.  Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for help. These can be difficult, delicate conversations and it’s natural to want some support. Viterbo Counseling Services staff are here to guide you and support you with any questions you may have in a confidential manner. Reminder - Join advocates, activists, survivors, and supporters who are getting involved this month on Instagram. Daily prompts encourage creative ways for you to raise awareness, educate, connect with others, and win prizes.
