The opening reception for the All Student Show and Touchstone Release Opening is April 27 at 5 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Gallery, third floor. At 5:45 p.m. there will be a reading of the Literature from Touchstone in FAC, room 318. The exhibit will run April 27–May 4. The All Student Show will showcase works from Touchstone and students taking art classes.

The recreation department is sponsoring a Spring Golf Scramble at Forest Hills Golf Course on Tuesday, April 26 beginning at 4 p.m. and there are still spots available. Register on the recreation website. Cost to Viterbo students is $10 and can be paid at the front desk of the Mathy Center.

Health Services will be providing information, free sunscreen, and UV Beads/cards for Sun Safety Awareness on Tuesday, April 26 from 1:30–3 p.m. in the Student Union; Thursday, April 28 from 1:30–3 p.m. on the second floor Murphy landing; and Friday, April 29 from 10–11:30 a.m. in the Brophy Commons.
Viterbo’s annual Fresh Check Day event will be help April 27 from 3–6 p.m. in the Murphy Courtyard (between VAC and Murphy Center). Stop by with friends for some free food and fun as you engage in activities that promote good mental health and suicide prevention efforts. There will be awesome give-aways (Amazon Fire Tablet, hammocks, potted plants, Viterbo swag, etc.). Monkey Business Food Truck will also be whipping up some amazing food (not free) to help celebrate the occasion. Rain location will be in the Mathy Center.

Summer Student employment opportunity: The Viterbo Fine Arts Center is seeking student staff members to work in the box office/patron services, and event coordination. Students do not need to be a performing arts student to apply, and will be trained on the job. There are multiple positions available, and this is a steady 40-hours-a-week position.
