The system allows end-users to submit tickets for technology related issues (i.e. classroom issues, internet issues, hardware/software problems, etc). It also contains a self-help knowledge base filled with common issues to allow end-users to troubleshoot on their own (i.e. cell phone setup, password questions, WiFi help, etc).
