The Viterbo School of Performing Arts invites the Viterbo community to these in-person performances this week: Dear Diary: A Musical Cabaret. From moving in to our first college party, breakup, or first failed test, our college experience is one of learning and growth with many laughs and aha moments along the way. Each person has their own journey and story that make up who they are, it’s just about what they do with that after they leave these halls. Thursday, April 15, 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 17, 7 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre. Audiences are limited to 60 total attendees, with social distancing and masks required. In-person performances are limited to Viterbo students, faculty and staff only. Thursday, April 15 at 3 p.m. is Dialogue in the Diversity Lounge for Students - Murphy Center. Join Megan Pierce, director of International & Intercultural Student Success and Kirsten Gabriel assistant vice president of student affairs to share and process events at Viterbo and nationally in a low-key and informal setting.

The Viterbo music department invites the Viterbo community to the spring student recitals in the Fine Arts Center Nola Starling Recital Hall starting Saturday, April 17. Attend the second and/or third of three Belief Beyond Borders Interfaith Lunch Conversations on Islam and Judaism. The second lunch conversation on Islam is slated for Wednesday, April 21 and the third lunch on Judaism is slated for Monday, April 26. A lunch featuring dishes that have special meaning for various Islamic and Jewish groups will be served. All employees and students are welcome. This series is part of the University’s ongoing social justice and equity train-the-trainer initiative.

The Enactus Garden Committee is looking for volunteers this summer. The group grow gardens located at the Place of Grace and Coulee Recovery Center. Produce is shared with each organization and used in the meals they offer to the community. Whether for one day or throughout the whole summer, your help is appreciated. IIT is using Revelation Help Desk to accept work-tickets from departments and students across campus. The system allows end-users to submit tickets for technology related issues (i.e. classroom issues, internet issues, hardware/software problems, etc).  It also contains a self-help knowledge base filled with common issues to allow end-users to troubleshoot on their own (i.e. cell phone setup, password questions, WiFi help, etc).  Link: www.viterbo.edu/helpdesk.
