Viterbo STEM students and faculty as hosting an evening of interactive science experiments and demonstrations called Fired Up for Science on Tuesday, April 12. Children and guardians can stop in anytime between 6–8 p.m. Participants will sign up in the main lobby of Reinhart and then go at their own pace to visit experiments throughout the building and outside. This is open to the community.
The 2022 Spring Community Conversation on Servant Leadership is on Wednesday, April 13 from 7–9:30 a.m., Nursing Center Room 196. The theme is Building Community through Servant Leadership. Veterans and military aligned students: The La Crosse County Veterans Services Office (CVSO) is offering monthly on-campus appointments to discuss a wide variety of military benefit topics. These will include assistance with Military Education Benefits, Medical and Dental Benefits, Service Connected Disability claims, Military Records, and many more. The next round of one-hour appointments is Thursday, April 14 between noon–4 p.m. in the Military Aligned Student Center (Reinhart 006B). The U.S. Navy Band Sea Chanters will present a free public performance on Monday, May 2 at 7:30 p.m. in the Viterbo Fine Arts Center Main Theatre. The Navy Band Sea Chanters are the U.S. Navy’s official chorus. The ensemble performs a variety of music including traditional choral music, sea chanteys, patriotic fare, opera, Broadway, and contemporary music. General admission. First come, first served. Limited seating available.
All employees are invited to join the Hospitality Committee for the inaugural Easter Egg Hunt in the Todd Wehr Memorial Library on Wednesday, April 13. There will be lots of candy and a few bigger prizes too. Take a break, grab a buddy, and join co-workers for fellowship and fun and see the library’s new renovations.
The Recreation Department is hosting a Dare to 4 Square night at the Mathy tomorrow starting at 7:15 p.m. for all Viterbo students.
The Viterbo community is invited to a book club on April 12 from 11:15 a.m.–12:10 p.m. in MRC 348 to discuss Thomas Moore's book, A Life at Work: The Joy of Discovering what you were Born to Do. In addition to a lively discussion, there will also be food provided. Tyler Flockhart and John Robinson will be facilitating. Come regardless of whether you are able to finish the book. The topic, finding one's calling, is relatable to everyone. There are books available at the reception desk in MRC 374.

The DB Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership invites students to apply for 9 or 12-month undergraduate and graduate fellowships beginning in June or August 2022.
