VITERBO UNIVERSITY LEADERSHIP AT NOON SERIES TO CONTINUE WITH MAYO CLINIC HEALTH SYSTEM CHIEF NURSING OFFICER MARCH 6
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Mayo Clinic Health System Chief Nursing Officer for the Southwest Wisconsin Region Lisa Archer will continue the Viterbo University Leadership at Noon Series Wednesday, March 6 in the School of Nursing room 196.
Archer will discuss her many responsibilities with Mayo Health System and how she strives to lead with authenticity and the courage to challenge norms, continue to break barriers, and inspire others to do the same.
Taking a non-traditional path to her current position, Archer was a teen mother who worked outside the health care profession. She was then called to the field of nursing and went on to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a Master of Business Administration, and a bachelor’s degree from St. Catherine University, a Master of Arts in Nursing in transformational leadership from Augsburg University, and an associate degree in nursing from North Hennepin Community College.
Prior to working at Mayo Clinic Health System, Archer served as the patient care director for The Mother Baby Center at United Hospital of Allina Health System in Saint Paul, and administrative nursing supervisor and nurse manager of perinatal services at M Health Fairview.
All Leadership at Noon series events are held from noon–1 p.m. and are free and open to the public. Complimentary soup, bread, and dessert are served at noon and the presentation starts at 12:20 p.m. No tickets or registration is required, but seating is first come, first served.
Parking is available in any Viterbo parking lot and a parking pass is not required during Leadership at Noon events. The presentations will not be recorded or live-streamed.
