Congratulations to Deb Murray, psychology, and Chris Sanger, institutional advancement, who will be honored at the YWCA Tribute to Outstanding Women Awards at the La Crosse Center Thursday, Nov. 13.

Both will receive Outstanding Achievement Awards, Murray in the category of education, and Sanger in the category of professional support. In addition, Viterbo alumna Mary Fitzpatrick, who earned a Master of Arts in Servant Leadership, will be honored in the category of community service.

Each year, Viterbo sponsors a table at the event in part to honor and thank up to eight women on the Viterbo campus for their contributions on campus and in the community. The women chosen to attend will receive a ticket and a certificate of recognition. Nominations forms with complete instructions were delivered to the campus mailboxes.

The YWCA’s Tribute to Outstanding Women Awards are presented to women in the Coulee Region in recognition of their high level of personal and professional accomplishment and their positive contributions to improve the quality of life in the community and fulfill the YWCA mission.
