As a reminder, the process for recognizing the individuals will be:

1. Rick will announce all 5-year recipients by name, and ask them to proceed to the stage, one by one, and remain on stage.  Recipients will receive a certificate and a gift card. The audience will applaud, and the 5-year recipients will then return to their seats.
2. Rick will announce all 10-year recipients by name, and ask them to proceed to the stage, one by one, and remain on stage.  Recipients will receive a certificate and gift card. The audience will applaud, and the 10-year recipients will then return to their seats.
3. For the 15+-year recognitions, Barb, Rick, Pat, Rob, Diane and I will recognize each of these recipients, saying kinds words, and providing a certificate and gift card.  I will verify the order of the comments prior to the August event, so we are as efficient as possible.

As we get closer to the event, Sonya will work with Comm/Marketing to prepare the recognition certificates (as has been the past HR) practice, and will take care of the gift cards.
