Preparing for a Password Reset

Viterbo has a new service that will allow you to self-reset your password. However, it only works if you register your security questions. Visit VUHELP to register your security questions.We will also direct you to this page to reset your password should it become compromised by a phishing scam. Remember, IIT will never ask you for your username, password, or other personal data via email.

New Printing Service for Mobile Devices and Personally Owned Computers

Have you ever wanted to print something from your mobile device or personally owned computer to a public campus printer? This fall, you can. IIT has added a new service called WebPrint. The WebPrint service allows you to log into a website with your Viterbo username and password, select from a listing of publically accessible printers, and upload a PDF or Microsoft Office document for printing. Note: items printed are deducted from your department budget or printing allotment, as applicable. Learn more at Helpdesk FAQ articles to learn more about WebPrint.

Office 365 Updates to Outlook Web App

Clutter helps move low priority messages out of the inbox, making it easier to scan for important messages. Information and directions can be found at De-Clutter your inbox. On Sept. 1, Outlook Web will also get a number of updates to its look and feel. Read more about it.
