School of Education student and stroke sur“thriver” Angel Carter and faculty member Josh Lichty were the keynote speakers at the Job Skills Olympics at Onalaska High School May 2. Overcoming life challenges and focusing on abilities and not disabilities was the main message to the 100 students with special needs from more than 10 area schools.
