Seven Rivers Research Symposium Friday

Thursday, October 29, 2015

The Viterbo community is invited to attend the annual Viterbo Seven Rivers Undergraduate Research Symposium Friday, Nov. 6.

The event will feature 280 students and faculty participants from seven institutions of higher learning across the tri-state area. It will include the keynote address “Species Responses to Climate Change: Lessons from the Past” by environmental expert Jack Williams of the University of Wisconsin from 10:10–11:20 a.m. in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre, followed by oral and poster presentations in the afternoon.

“Attending the symposium is a great way to both support the students and faculty mentors who have spent considerable amounts of time preparing presentations and see some wonderful research and creative work,” said Kirsten Gabriel, academic affairs.

More information about this year’s event, including an abstract book, schedule, and list of presenters, can be found at www.viterbo.edu/sevenrivers. Contact Kirsten Gabriel with any questions.
