The School of Nursing will host Jean Watson Ph.D, RN, Monday, Oct. 19.

Watson developed the Theory of Human Caring and has presented her work internationally. She has been named a “Living Legend” by the American Academy of Nursing. She is spending the day with the School of Nursing to share her caring theory.

Watson will also give a presentation via live Web stream Tuesday, Oct. 20 from 12:15–1 p.m. Viterbo community members are invited to watch in Reinhart Center room 127. Feel free to bring your lunch. Dessert will be provided.
