University Forum Feb. 17

Join me and cabinet members for the university forum Tuesday, Feb. 17 beginning at 3:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Recital Hall. The primary topic of the forum will be a review of the 2015–16 budget guidelines approved by the Board of Trustees Jan. 26. If you are new to the university this semester, please attend so we may welcome you to the Viterbo University community.

Employee Satisfaction Survey

One initiative in the new strategic plan approved in principle by the Board of Trustees Jan. 26 is the implementation of an employee satisfaction survey. A campus committee has chosen Noel-Levitz to conduct this survey. Noel-Levitz is a professional organization familiar to Viterbo. It administers Viterbo’s student satisfaction survey and is a consultant to the university in regard to financial aid packaging. There is more information about the survey in this issue of Connections from Sonya Ganther, director of human resources. I encourage your participation in the survey, which will be available for completion beginning Monday, Feb. 23.
