THE PEKING ACROBATS TO PERFORM AT VITERBO UNIVERSITY FEB. 16

LA CROSSE, Wis. – The performers of The Peking Acrobats™ will bring their incredible show to the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre stage at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16.

The Peking Acrobats’ ability to perform the astounding is rooted in centuries of Chinese history and folk art. The group will stun audience members with their breathtaking precision and athleticism. Daring maneuvers atop a precarious pagoda of chairs, precision tumbling and gymnastics, and amazing displays of contortion, flexibility, and control highlight this amazing show.

The Peking Acrobats have been featured on numerous television programs and specials, including The Wayne Brady Show, NBC’s Ring in the New Year Holiday Special, Nickelodeon’s Unfabulous, Ellen’s Really Big Show hosted by Ellen DeGeneres, and Fox’s Guinness Book Primetime. Members of The Peking Acrobats were featured in the hit movie Ocean’s 11, and group alumnus Qin Shaobo appeared in the popular sequels Ocean’s 12 and Ocean’s 13.

This performance is part of Viterbo’s NexStar season and is sponsored in part by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts. WXOW TV-19 is the media sponsor and GrandStay Hotel & Suites is the hotel sponsor.
