A new Aramark catering guide is available. Submit your catering requests via email to Ede Rollins. To facilitate staffing and food ordering deadlines, orders should be submitted a minimum of five working days prior to the event date, and served/buffet meal requests 10 working days prior to the event date.
Orders should include:
- name of group
- date of event
- function
- count guarantee
- name of representative
- location
- time of event (starting and ending time)
- budget number
- food/beverage selection
