The Viterbo music department will present their annual Fall Choral Concert at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 in Maria Angelorum Chapel at St. Rose Convent.
The Viterbo Concert Choir and the 9th Street Singers will perform a wide variety of choral music ranging from Renaissance, jazz, gospel, and modern repertoire. The Concert Choir will sing two pieces from Minnesota composer Jake Runestad.
“Runestad’s choral music is exciting choirs and audiences throughout the world,” said Brett Robison, music, the director of the Concert Choir and 9th Street Singers.
The concert is free and open to the public. It is part of Viterbo Days. In the photo, members of the Concert Chior rehearse for the concert.
