Why did you choose Viterbo as your next employer? Location and values. My wife and I fell in love with the La Crosse area during our college years and have been looking for an opportunity to come back and develop our professional careers in such a great community. The values that Viterbo holds in such high regard are refreshing to see and certainly are values that I hold dearly myself as well. I feel that too often in today’s society, we lose touch with our values and need to rethink and realign the way we conduct business and live our lives.

Of the five Viterbo values, which resonates with you most and why? Integrity. I believe that one’s integrity is quintessential in defining them as an individual. As a man of faith, I try my best to exemplify a great level of integrity in my personal and professional life.

Hobbies: Watching sports, playing football, basketball, baseball, or pretty much any other sport, hiking, kayaking, fishing, home brewing, camping, and traveling.

Unique fact about you: I really enjoy the art and science of home brewing. Being able to see all of the science coursework that I took in high school and college in action is cool to me. I read brewing science books for fun and my dream job would be to have my own brewery.

Anything about your family you would like to share: I live with my wife Emily. We just got married in May in La Crosse. We both love to be active and enjoying the outdoors in the Coulee Region.
