October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To kick things off, Rec Sports has worked with Mayo Clinic to bring their mobile mammography to campus.

On Friday, Oct. 2 the Mayo Clinic Mobile Mammography will be at Viterbo along Franciscan Way in front of the Student Union. The service is for women 40 years of age and older, regardless if they are insured or not. Exams will take only 15 minutes. Appointments may be made by contacting Mayo Clinic directly at 608-392-6237. Drop ins are also welcomed. Note: If the individual has insurance, they will ask for it and the insurance may be billed for the service.
