Faculty, employees, and students can reserve rooms in the library for study, group work or meetings. Some highlights:
- Our newest group study rooms are upstairs. There is a large screen TV in room 237 and a projector in room 233 as well as two other study rooms (235 and 242) for reserve.
- There is a collaborative technology room (103) that allows webinars for up to eight people. You can also plug in your computer or iPad to project it on a large-screen TV for working on group projects or presentations.
- At the back of the library is the Robers Reading Room dedicated to silent study on a walk-in basis. There is comfortable seating and tables available as well as tabletop whiteboards.
- The three study rooms at the back of the library (135, 137, and 139) also have furnishings for group study.
- There are smaller, private study rooms (110 and 114) for reserve on the first floor.
Talking is allowed throughout the library except in Robers Silent Study, and in the Children’s Collection and Art Gallery.
Sign up for study rooms at the Main Desk or reserve ahead of time by contacting the main desk at ext. 3269 or Caitlyn Konze, library.
