Tom Thibodeau, servant leadership, who will receive a Wisconsin Collaborative Leader of the Year award at a luncheon at Ripon College Friday, Dec. 12. The event is part of the annual meeting of the Collaborative Leadership Network, which is part of the Wisconsin Leadership Institute, created in 1995 by Governor Tommy Thompson’s Commission on the Study of Administrative Value and Efficiency (SAVE) to promote leadership training and values.
