  • Faculty and staff involved in the recent Health Science Academy student visit day. Ward Jones, Charlie Lawrence, and Ted Wilson led sessions about the sciences, pre-health careers, and neuroscience at Viterbo.
  • Everyone involved in the Celebration of Teaching Jan. 27. The event was sponsored by the Faculty Development Committee and featured more than 90 participants who came to hear 12 faculty members present via round table discussions. Special recognition goes to Chad Gilbeck, Gretel Stock-Kupperman, Scott Gabriel, and the library staff for their help prior to and during the event. “The energy in the room was indicative of real joy in the collaborative efforts that were taking place,” said one attendee.
  • The Viterbo community members associated with the biochemistry and molecular biology programs, which received accreditation from the prestigious American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
  • Ted Wilson, biology, who was interviewed by WXOW TV 19 News about declining bee populations including the Rusty Patch Bumblebee.
