The fall semester Career Prep series offered by the career services office will kick-off with a panel presentation by regional human resource professionals Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 5–6 p.m. in the School of Nursing Building room 195. The presentation will offer students the opportunity to find out what professional recruiters look for when making hiring decisions.

Panel members from La Crosse County, Ashley Furniture, Mayo Clinic Health System-Franciscan Healthcare, and Organic Valley will share job search tips for students in all majors. Information about preparing resumes and other correspondence, navigating online application software, interviewing, and presenting a professional image will be included in the presentation.
