Because interviews continue to play a crucial role in the job search process, students seeking employment should take steps to be aware of recruiter expectations and practices. A panel of area human resource professionals will be on campus to share information with students about interviewing for professional positions from 5–6 p.m. Wednesday, April 6 in Brophy Center room 123.
Recruiters from Gundersen Health System, Reinhart Foods, Logistics Health, and the federal Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center will provide information to help students know how to prepare for professional interviews, dress for interviews, answer tough questions, and follow-up when interviewing for positions. Recruiters will also share information about the different interview processes used by their organizations and about what recruiters look for when making hiring decisions.
