Sophomore Opportunities for Success (SOS) Grant

Sophomore students have a new tuition discount opportunity this year. Five students will be awarded a $1,000 grant toward their 2020–21 tuition. To be eligible, students must attend 10 SOS events during the 2019–20 academic year and complete an application.

 Sophomore Spring Startup

Encourage sophomores to get their spring semester started right with the Sophomore Spring Startup event Wednesday, Jan. 29–Thursday, Jan. 30 from 6–7 p.m. in Murphy Center room 348.

Students will have the opportunity to attend sessions on scholarships and budgeting, Handshake, resumes, and graduation planning. Sessions will be repeated, so students wishing to attend more than one session are invited to attend both nights. This event is designed for sophomores, but all students are welcome to attend. This event also counts toward the Sophomore Opportunities for Success Grant.
