Fifteen participants were on campus three days last week for Compression Planning®. Viterbo is a national training site for the program, which was developed by the McNellis Company and is based on the storyboarding model originally conceived by the Disney Company. It is a six-step visual planning process used by organizations including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, colleges and universities, government, and nonprofit organizations.
