Employees are invited to attend a retention seminar entitled “Grit, Thriving, and Resilience: 
Increasing Retention by Developing Students with Staying Power” from 10–11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 4 in Reinhart Center room 127.

Speaker Jennifer Hodges will share insights on best practices in retention and will discuss what has worked for other schools and how best to help Viterbo students.

Hodges is the director of advising and retention in the College of Arts and Sciences at New Mexico State University. This event is presented by the Viterbo Center for Student Success and the Title III Grant.
