WERF is coordinated by the higher education institutions of Wisconsin and will be specifically marketed to education majors. Candidates who are interested in working in the K-12 school setting will have a chance to engage with school districts as they explore K-12 opportunities.

While the majority of attendees will be students entering the job market or alumni, we promote our fairs as informational events and career exploration opportunities and encourage students at all academic levels to attend and expect we may have a few undergrad students attend (although it is spring break on campus.)
