Outlook Signature for PC or Mac Outlook 2013/2015/2016
Outlook 2013/2016 for PC
- Open the below Template File in Word, and edit the info to match your personal information.
- Then Copy the entire template (CTRL + A to highlight ALL, and then CTRL + C to copy).
- Open Outlook 2013/2016.
- Go to File/Options - Mail/Signatures - Click New (give the signature a name) - Paste the Signature-Template in. Either right click/paste or CTRL + V for paste.
- Be sure to choose OK when done.
Outlook 2015 for Mac
- Open the below Template File in Word, and edit the info to match your personal information.
- Go to the Outlook-Menu and choose "Preferences."
- Under the Email-Section, click on "Signatures."
- Paste the Signature-Template in. Right-click and Paste, or use Command-V. It may look "smashed" in the preview, but it will look normal in new email messages.
* Additional phone numbers may be added on the same line as the office phone, separated by a vertical line. Social media handles and appropriate web urls may be added on a line beneath the phone numbers. If you would like to add the university mission statement, it should be at the very bottom and italicized.

Add pronouns to Zoom
- Login in to Zoom: https://viterbo.zoom.us
- To the right of your name click on “Edit.”
- Add your pronouns to the Display Name.
- Save Changes.
