Academic Advising

Academic Resource Center

The Academic Resource Center offers a variety of online resources and services, including content tutoring, writing assistance, and math assistance. To request accommodations for diagnosed temporary or permanent disabilities, students are invited to contact Accessibility Services.

Business Office

The Business Office:

  • Provides all billing services, including receipting payments to student accounts and issuing refund checks for financial aid overpayments. Scholarship and loan checks are endorsed here.
  • Is point of contact for students to confirm enrollment (required for all enrolled students) before the start of each semester.
  • Provides payroll services and is the location where students can submit paperwork related to work-study and sign up for direct deposit.
  • Reports tuition charges to students for tax purposes using the IRS form 1098-T. 

Bookstore

Viterbo University's Bookstore is not just for on-campus students! Check out the books, apparel, gifts, supplies, and technologies available online.

Career Services

Advising and Carer Development offers career counseling, internships, and job search services to students and alumni.

Counseling Services

Counseling Services is here to help those who need support adjusting to the college and life challenges. 

Financial Aid

Financial Aid can provide assistance with applying for and maintaining financial aid and scholarship search services.

Health Services

Health Services offers health services for minor illnesses or injuries and assessment of health status. If you have questions, click "Ask the Nurse."

Helpdesk/Technical Support (IIT)

The Instructional and Information Technology (IIT) Helpdesk can assist you with your technology needs and questions. Need Moodle assistance? Check out the Student Moodle Guides for a variety of helpful guides.

Library

Viterbo University's Todd Wehr Memorial Library offers online and distance learning students the same library and research services offered to students taking classes on campus.

Moodle Help and Technology Guides

The student guides for Moodle and other technologies include resources for current online students regarding how to access and troubleshoot common issues using Moodle (Viterbo's learning management system) and other learning technologies.

International Student Support

International Student Support works to create a safe and identity-affirming space for students, promote social justice and equity initiatives, orient and support international students and provide study abroad opportunities through advising a variety of identity-related student organizations, hosting training sessions and events, providing opportunities for intercultural engagement, and challenging norms.

Registrar

The Office of the Registrar provides information on the academic calendar, class schedules, academic and registration policies, graduate and undergraduate catalogs, and a variety of forms.
